We are looking to hire a QA/QC Site Manager specialized in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Industrial Control projects, to lead quality assurance and control activities in a demanding and multinational technical environment. This person will be the on-site quality reference, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and client requirements in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector projects.

They will ensure the proper implementation of the quality system on site, complying with technical and regulatory standards, and effectively coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal requirements, and project regulations.
• Lead and coordinate the on-site quality team, identifying training needs if necessary.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, construction, planning departments, subcontractors, and the client to ensure quality-compliant execution.
• Supervise and validate quality inspections and testing.
• Review and approve quality reports, technical documentation, and “as-built” drawings.
• Manage the non-conformity control system and corrective actions.
• Ensure maintenance and traceability of all quality records.
