Our client is a British multinational in the luxury sector, dedicated to creating high-level experiences for HNW and UHNW clients, through villas and plazas curated with boutiques of exclusive brands. With a turnover of 3 billion and 11 different villas across Europe and Asia, they are currently experiencing significant growth and aim to add a Director of Private Clients Services to their team.

As the Private Client Services Director, you will be accountable for the creation and delivery of a strategy to acquire and retain High Net Worth (HNW) and VIP guests for our Villages and our brand partners. Reporting to the Business Director and in coordination with the leadership of the Village and the leadership of the functions therein, you will define the business direction (financial, operational, strategic) for all HNW and VIP interactions throughout the year.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Private Client Services teams, which includes both the HNW relationship management team and the Personal Shopping team
- Create and deliver a clienteling strategy for the acquisition, ongoing engagement and retention of HNW and VIP clientele, with the objective of creating a large and sustainable base of clientele for our brand partners to engage with
- Ensure that there is a robust strategy in place for the Village's VIP and private event spaces that is in line with the direction of the Group
- Build new partnerships and leverage existing ones with providers of HNW clientele e.g. private banks, private members clubs as well as hotel and travel groups, among others Curate and co-create the content for the Village's Private Space, to ensure that it hosts a constant stream of guests that our brand partners would be highly interested in acquiring
- Create and support a compelling series of events and activities elsewhere in the Village as well in the local market to engage with this same target clientele
- Ensure the Private Client Services team is held to the highest standards
- Ensure a smooth guest experience that positions the Group facilities at the highest level - one that is commensurate with our luxury brand partners' expectations
- Work cross-functionally to co-deliver initiatives with marketing, CRM, PR, retail, remerchandising, Build partnerships with external organisations that can supply HNW and VIP clientele.
- Maintain transparent and comprehensive reporting systems, and to assist in creating a next generation of these systems to that facilitate a better understanding of our guest

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
- Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a leadership capacity within a hospitality, luxury, or event based industry
- Good understanding of the high net-worth client requirements and able to deal with varying levels of clients/ brand partners with different status, cultures and behaviors Commercial, retail and luxury brand awareness
- Outstanding sales, negotiating, influencing and networking skills
- Excellent people skills in all directions, including stakeholders, direct reports, brand partners & guests
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A service attitude with a clear display of empathy and five star luxury Passionate about exceeding client expectations on a day-to-day basis Self-starter and ability to manage various projects at the same time
- Capable of setting a strategic direction and create action plans
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize varying demands whilst working under Structured and methodical approach with high level of attention to detail Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
