Appointed Bing Wang as KAM for this project and recruitment process
• Responsible for the company's daily legal affairs and risk control
• Review, draft, and revise various contracts (leasing, procurement, design, construction, cooperation agreements, etc.) both in Chinese and Spanish.
• Assist in handling legal matters related to real estate investment, hotel development, and construction projects
• Liaise with law firms, notary offices, government departments, and partner organizations
• Assist in handling company establishment, equity structure, labor contracts, and compliance matters
• Assist in following up on business negotiations, project cooperation, and dispute resolution
• Provide legal advice and risk assessments for the company's business decisions
• Complete other related tasks assigned by management
• Bachelor's degree or above in law or related field
• Familiarity with the Spanish legal system; experience in real estate, construction, or commercial contracts is preferred
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory), with excellent Chinese communication skills
• Spanish bar license (Colegiado) preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong contract review and logical analysis skills
• Meticulous, responsible, and possesses strong communication and coordination abilities
• Able to adapt to cross-cultural and multi-project collaborative work environments
