Mission:
-
Responsibility for the P/L (revenues, margins) for all products sold in the Business Unit Industrial (Plastics, Rubber, Coating & Construction, Paper, Textile, Leather, Agrochemicals, Polymers, Adhesives and Polyurethanes);

Coordination of the activities of the single Sales Managers, maximizing synergies, optimizing common strategies and Sales Managers actions;
-
Management and activities coordination for Tier A Principals;
-
Generation of a Product management strategy and its implementation within the Industrial BU.
The main tasks are:

Coordinate the yearly BU Sales Budget definition (revenues/gross margin/volumes) aligned with the Group strategic targets.

Support GM during definition/discussion/signature of Agency/Distribution contracts

Support CFO on customers internal credit threshold definition;
-
New Principals scouting activities and product portfolio development (rationalization/expansion), aligned with the 3-years Strategic Development Plan;
-
Define a 3-years Strategic Development Plan for the BU aligned with the Group targets;
-
Define and implement communications strategies agreed with Communication Manager;
-
Principal and technical info cross-fertilization between SM/countries.
Perfil buscado (H/M/D)
Requirements:
-
Diploma or degree in Chemistry or Materials Science will be preferred;

Proved experience, at least 5 years, as PM in distributors of Coating & Construction market;

Experience in coordinating people;
-
Proficiency in English;
-
Availability to travel across the country.
