W Executive is working with an important client that requires an AI expert for a Manager position.

• Analyze conversational AI interactions and identify routes/intents
• Model conversational flows and entity usage
• Support integration with downstream systems
• Utilize Generative AI for customer feedback enhancement
• Collaborate to improve user experience and drive business impact
• Stay updated on conversational AI advancements and industry best practices
• Collaborate with customer success teams and internal stakeholders

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models
• Experience in data analysis or AI analytics
• Knowledge of machine learning and NLP concepts
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms and analytics tools
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or related tools
