FA hotel group an international real estate investment and development company, currently developing a hotel and commercial real estate project in Madrid. We are seeking a senior project manager with extensive experience to oversee the entire project and manage engineering for the developer.
• Responsible for the entire process management of real estate development projects
• Coordinate with architectural design institutes, engineering consultants, and various professional teams
• Coordinate government approvals, permits, and related administrative processes
• Liaise with project management companies, construction units, and external technical teams
• Control project schedule, cost, and quality
• Follow up on work during the design and construction phases
• Assist the client in overall project decision-making and management
• Participate in technical, engineering, and development-related meetings
• 10+ years of experience in real estate development or project management, especially for Chinese Companies or in China.
• 4 star hotel project experience preferred, espcially for business hotel.
• Experience with hotel, commercial center, or real estate projects preferred
• Familiar with Spanish real estate system project management process
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese (required)
• Start up spirits, high organizational skills, and leadership capability
