Once the analysis has been completed, we define the profile and strategy to follow to guarantee a precise headhunting service:

• We define the ideal job profile.
• We establish the most appropriate strategy to identify the ideal candidate.

To guarantee accuracy in the results, we identify a panel of professionals according to the defined profile and then:

• We conduct phone interviews.
• We carry out structured interviews based on Competency Models.
• We administer personality tests.
• We collect and verify references.

To present the selected candidates, we prepare a report for each candidate with the following information:

• Personal and professional background.
• Suitability from a technical, personal, motivational, and management perspective.

The selection process does not end with hiring. We follow up later to guarantee excellence in the process:

• We arrange meetings between the shortlisted candidates and the company.
• We share feedback and support in the final choice and offer phase.
• We closely monitor the entire hiring and onboarding process of the candidate into the company.
• We remain in contact with the company and the candidate during the first year.
